Facial recognition technology identifies or verifies individuals from digital images and is seamlessly integrated into a Visitor Management System (VMS). The VMS software securely stores registrants' images, allowing for quick identification of repeated visitors and enhancing access control.
Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) involves capturing photographic images or video of vehicles. The VMS software validates the plate numbers captured by the camera to provide a speedy, real-time check-in experience. This seamless integration with the Visitor Management System (VMS) offers an efficient solution for vehicle management.
An OCR scanner will be integrated with the Visitor Management System (VMS) to instantly read and extract data from NRICs and passports. This integration allows the VMS software to complete the registration process quickly, significantly reducing processing time.

VMS software will verify visitor mobile no. to be recorded is true by sending SMS message instantaneously. Visitor will be required to provide the 4 digit code from SMS to visitor management system to authenticate for genuine mobile no.

Visitors will scan a QR code provided by the company, generated from the Visitor Management System (VMS), to check in. The VMS software will then store the visitor information directly on the server, without the need for a local device.
Centralized Visitor Management System (VMS) server is setup to support multiple kiosks architecture, accommodating high traffic flow effectively. The client’s VMS software connects to the server’s VMS software, ensuring seamless communication and synchronization during visitor registration. This setup allows for efficient management and coordination across various locations.
Visitors use the Visitor Management System software to contact their host or the relevant department land line and mobile number directly, bypassing the traditional reception process. The host receives and answers the call in real time and can grant access remotely. callee numbers are not exposed to visitors and all call logs are automatically recorded and stored on the VMS server for tracking and audit purposes.
The Visitor Management System (VMS) grants access to registered visitors through facial recognition and visit QR badging at doors or turnstiles. As part of PDPA compliance, national ID will be captured as an identifier of visitor in Visitor Management System. National ID which is known as NRIC/FIN is treated as confidential data and will be masked or stored partially to prevent stolen or cases. For example XXXXX123A or 123A
Visitor Management System utilises barcode scanning function and optical character recognition to capture visitor information through devices. Repeated visitors can be quickly identified to retrieve last visit information for current visit check in.
Upon visitor successful check in in Visitor Management System, email notification or SMS notification will be sent to host.
Emergency roll call report will be able to retrieved and also be sent to security in charge to perform visitor counting directly on Visitor Management System.
Total onsite visitor, contractor, delivery, staff and pre-registered visitor will be display on Visitor Management System. Admin can retrieve current and historical visitor log by searching through real time dashboard
Visitor photo can be taken by Visitor Management System and sent for access control and surveillance tracking.
Temporary visitor badge printed on label or art card can be issued by Visitor Management System to show evidence of registration. Visitor name, photo and serial number are commonly used to identify visitor registration validity.
Visitors can be categorised into Visitor, Contractor and Delivery by Visitor Management System. Next level of grouping will be available if required.
Visitor will be required to declared for health and travel status and asked for consent in the disclaimer during registration.
Maintain blacklisted visitor in Visitor Management System to detect and block unwanted. Blacklist name list can be centralised controlled in order to block unwanted visitor across entire city or country or region.
Visit will be approved by host on Visitor Management System prior to the actual date. This can deter unwanted visit and avoid crowded lobby.
Serial number barcode printed on label will be used to scan for check out on Visitor Management System. This can speed up check out process during peak lunch time and off work time.
All personal data such as name, ID no., Mobile no., Company and in Visitor Management System will be encrypted with SHA 256 technology. There is no much worry if the database is accessed directly without authority, data can't be seen in clear text.
Visitor safety induction can be tracked on Visitor Management System with a recycled period such as 180 or 365 days. Expired induction will be required to attend upon next visit.
Visitor information can be kept up to 365 days before it gets deleted permanently from Visitor Management System. Other retention periods are available to fulfill different industry.
MS Excel formatted report can be scheduled for export through email by Visitor Management to selected users automatically in daily or weekly basis.
System will perform daily back up which includes setting, visitor information and photos into .BAK extension file at assigned drive.
Host database can be imported through MS Excel file or Active Directory into Visitor Management System. This can reduce significant administration work to keep host list up to date.
Safe Entry QR code will be shown upon successful check in on Visitor Management System. It serves as a reminder for visitor to register into government system without delay.
Visitor information fields to be collected can be dynamically set for different company. This provides flexibility to add or remove fields according to requirement of the time.
The photo on ID card is verified with physical photo using state-of-the-art technology.
Verify NRIC checksum as per national ID algorithm as part of identity compliance.
