The Role:
  • Identify, plan, establish and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions in Marine and Oil & Gas industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects
  • Identify Clients’ needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Conduct face to face meetings with clients
  • Prepare quotation / proposal and close deals
  • Implement and execute Marketing/Sales/Business Development initiatives
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Maintain record of accounts, leads, sales pipelines / opportunities in CRM
  • Take up ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
The Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
  • For Manager position, minimum 5 Years of Experience. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Proven ability in product/ solution sales environment
  • Occasional travel to neighbouring countries may be required
  • Good communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales Results oriented and highly motivated
